Inpatient Dual Diagnosis Treatment

Often, substance use disorder and mental health disorders go hand-in-hand. Treating just the mental illness or the substance abuse does not treat the whole person and can hinder recovery. That is when dual diagnosis treatment becomes an option — our dual diagnosis treatment center will treat both.

The dual diagnosis inpatient treatment program at Arrowhead Behavioral Health addresses the relationship between mental health issues and drug or alcohol addictions while simultaneously treating both. By utilizing group therapy modalities and the 12-step model, this program lays the foundation for a sober and mentally stable lifestyle. A strong alumni support group and in-house AA meetings provide additional support.
