IOP groups meet three days a week for three hours a day. Day and evening program times are available.
What is an Intensive Outpatient Program?
Only meeting a few hours a day for a few hours per week, an intensive outpatient program provides many of the same support groups, individual and group therapies and typical treatment as residential and partial hospitalization treatment facilities with the added benefit of allowing the most freedom of the levels of care.
Our Adult Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Program
At our drug and alcohol detox center, we provide outpatient drug treatment and alcohol addiction treatment for adults who are ready to take the next step in recovery.
Meeting three days a week for three hours a day, we can design a treatment plan specifically for you, depending on your drug addiction and treatment needs.
If you need an outpatient addiction rehab program after relapsing, we can help you. If you want to start treatment at an outpatient level, we can help you, too.
Our goal is your goal — to help you maintain a life in recovery.
Why Choose an IOP for Addiction Treatment?
Substance abuse can cause long-term health issues, which makes it important to seek help when realizing chemical dependency issues are starting to arise.
Deciding to go to a rehab center to begin working on recovering from a substance use disorder is never an easy decision. However, an intensive outpatient program provides the most convenient and unrestrictive method of receiving treatment, meeting three hours a day for three hours a week.
Treatment is key to recovery, and an outpatient program can be vital to reaching and maintaining sobriety.
Whether you are struggling with illegal drugs, alcohol abuse, prescription drug abuse or another substance use concern, the outpatient treatment programs at our Ohio detox center have what it takes to provide the tools, skills and education necessary to work towards recovery.
Levels of Care
According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse, remaining connected to substance use treatment helps individuals avoid relapses. This includes remaining in the continuum of care by going through different levels of care at different stages of the recovery journey.
Outpatient substance use treatment and outpatient mental health treatment both fall under the outpatient level of care at Arrowhead Behavioral Health. Inpatient addiction treatment, or inpatient drug rehab, and aftercare round out the typical levels of care, but can include everything from residential detox treatment to support groups and more.
